About Me:

When I opened the clinic with colleagues in 1993, it was my desire to provide a private, confidential setting for clients who are struggling with issues we all are; jobs/careers, family or marital concerns, communication, financial strain, grief and loss, sadness, anxiety and the frustrations of daily life; big or small. I believe change occurs in a three-part process: awareness, acceptance and action. I help clients increase their insight into all three of these areas as they develop a plan to execute change. I am honored to be with them on their journey.
