About Me:

I hold a Master’s degree in counseling from Spring Arbor University and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor.

I’m excited to be able to offer telehealth services to my clients which provides video or phone therapy sessions that may be more convenient for you. Teletherapy opens up opportunities to work your therapy sessions around your busy schedule.

Having worked for Hospice for many years as a Grief and Loss Specialist, I am uniquely qualified to assist clients facing chronic illness or end of life issues, as well as clients who are struggling with a significant loss. I also specialize in major life transitions such as the end of relationships, job loss, aging issues, grown children leaving, and grown children who won’t. I work with both men and women on relationship building, healing from child abuse or neglect, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem issues. There are so many unexpected curveballs that life can throw and therapeutic intervention helps clients to feel less alone and more understood, so that they are able to begin to work toward healthy resolutions.
